1. Trial cutting method adjustment
The trial cutting method is a method of repeatedly trial cutting, measuring the size, adjusting the tool draft and cutting by walking until the required size is reached. Although the production efficiency of this method is low, it is applicable to single-piece small-batch production, and can ensure high-precision processing of parts.

The adjustment rule is to obtain the required machining dimensions by pre-adjusting the relative positions of the machine tool, fixture, workpiece and cutter. This method has high production efficiency and is especially suitable for mass production, which can significantly improve the processing accuracy and production efficiency.
