Sanluo Precision factory has achieved IT1 to IT5 levels in medical precision machining. The key dimension tolerances range from ±0.002mm to ±0.005mm, while the roundness and cylindricity are ≤0.003mm, and the surface roughness is from Ra0.1μm to Ra0.8μm. A combination process of precision turning, precision milling and precision grinding is adopted. The cylindrical accuracy of turning is 0.002mm, the planarity of milling is 0.005mm, and the grinding results in a Ra0.1μm mirror-like surface effect. Precision micrometers with an accuracy of 0.001mm, height gauges with an accuracy of 0.0001mm, and roundness gauges with an accuracy of 0.0001mm are used to ensure the dimensional accuracy.

Heat treatment and hardness control
As a professional manufacturer of medical precision machining, Sanluo Precision Factory is equipped with vacuum heat treatment furnaces, ion nitriding furnaces and other facilities. For stainless steel, the solution treatment at 1050℃ with water quenching results in uniform austenite structure with a hardness of HRC 20-25. For titanium alloys, the annealing treatment at 700℃ with furnace cooling eliminates processing stress and has a hardness of HV 300-350. For tool steels, the quenching and tempering at 860℃ with oil quenching followed by 200℃ tempering results in high hardness (above HRC 58). In terms of non-destructive testing, ultrasonic flaw detection is used to detect internal defects (cracks, pores, inclusions), with a sensitivity of φ1mm equivalent.
Clinical validation supports
Sanluo Precision not only offers medical precision machining manufacturing services, but also assists customers in conducting pre-clinical validation. The samples are provided for use in biocompatibility evaluations, animal experiments, and clinical trials. Based on the feedback from the tests, the product design and processing techniques are improved. Process validation reports, technical document materials certificates, and test reports are provided for product registration applications.
