The surface micro grinding of Sanluo Precision uses extremely small abrasive grains to grind the protruding parts of the material surface to obtain an ultra-smooth surface. The abrasive grain size is W0.5-W40 with a particle size of 0.5-40μm, and the materials include alumina, silicon carbide and diamond. The grinding methods include surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, internal grinding, spherical grinding and free-form surface grinding. The grinding pressure adjustment range is 0.01-0.5MPa, low pressure will not damage the surface, and uniform pressure ensures surface consistency. The grinding speed is 10-100m/min, and the speed, pressure and abrasive grain size are used in combination. The surface roughness is Ra0.01-0.1μm, and Ra<0.01μm is called mirror finish. The flatness is 0.001mm, the parallelism is 0.002mm, and the roundness is 0.001mm.

Sanluo Precision's processing plant has professional ceramic micro grinding and polishing processes: ceramic materials (alumina, zirconia, silicon nitride, silicon carbide) with a hardness of HV1500-3000; rough grinding with W20/W40 abrasives to remove excess material, with a flatness of <0.01mm and a roughness of Ra0.4-0.8μm; finish grinding with W7/W14 abrasives to improve accuracy, with a flatness of 0.003mm and a roughness of Ra0.1-0.2μm; polishing with W1.5-W3.5 abrasives for mirror effect, with a flatness of 0.001mm and a roughness of Ra0.01-0.05μm; ultra-precision polishing with W0.5 abrasives or chemical mechanical polishing (CMP), with a roughness of Ra<0.01μm close to atomic-level smoothness.
