Swiss Machining Technology

Micro swiss machining, also known as sliding head turning, uses a guide bush to support the bar, and the cutter processes close to the guide bush with a short overhang length and good rigidity. The machining diameter range is φ0.05-10mm, the maximum length is up to 300mm, and the length-diameter ratio can reach 100:1. Machining accuracy: diameter ±0.005mm, length ±0.01mm, concentricity 0.01mm, surface Ra0.4-0.8μm. Multi-axis simultaneous compound machining, turning, milling, drilling and tapping are completed at one time, with a single part processing time of a few seconds to 5 minutes, and automatic feeding without manual intervention.
