Our micro turning processes miniature rotating parts on precision lathes. Machining range: outer diameter φ0.04~10mm, inner diameter φ0.02~8mm, length ≤100mm. Turning accuracy: diameter accuracy ±0.003mm, roundness 0.002mm, cylindricity 0.003mm, concentricity 0.005mm, surface roughness Ra0.2-0.6μm. The cutters are diamond or cemented carbide finish turning tools with a tip radius of R0.1-0.4mm. Cutting parameters: spindle speed 5000 r/min to 50000 r/min, feed rate 0.005 mm/r to 0.05 mm/r, cutting depth 0.01 mm to 0.3 mm. Sufficient cooling of cutting fluid can reduce thermal deformation and improve surface quality.

Precision Machining Process
As a professional micro turning processing plant, we have precise process control: rough turning with a cutting depth of 0.2~0.5mm to quickly remove excess material, leaving a finish turning allowance of 0.1~0.2mm; semi-finish turning with a cutting depth of 0.05~0.15mm and a roughness of Ra1.6μm; finish turning with a cutting depth of 0.01~0.03mm, accuracy ±0.005mm and surface Ra0.4μm; ultra-precision turning with diamond cutters, cutting depth 0.005~0.01mm, accuracy ±0.002mm and surface Ra0.1μm. Process measures: reasonable clamping to reduce deformation, sharp cutters to reduce cutting force, sufficient cooling to control temperature, multiple measurements for timely correction.
