Our micro hole drilling uses micro drill bits to drill holes at high speed. The drill bit diameter is φ0.01-2mm, and twist drills, straight-fluted drills, and gun drills are all available, made of cemented carbide or high-speed steel. Drilling accuracy: hole diameter ±0.005-0.02mm, hole position ±0.01mm, perpendicularity 0.01mm, roundness 0.005mm. The maximum depth-diameter ratio for deep hole drilling is 20:1, using gun drills with internal cooling for chip removal. The rotational speed is 5000-50000rpm, and the coolant pressure is 0.5-2MPa.

As a professional manufacturer of micro hole drilling, we have refined and optimized the process: drill bit selection (straight-fluted drills for hole diameter φ<0.5mm to prevent breakage, twist drills for φ0.5-2mm to improve efficiency, gun drills for deep holes with strong cooling), pilot hole process (improving accuracy from small to large), layered drilling (0.5-2 times the diameter each time), tool retraction for chip removal (retracting the tool every 1-3mm of drilling to prevent blockage), drill tip inspection (timely replacement of worn drill tips), and chamfering after drilling (C0.1-0.3mm to remove burrs).
Micro hole drilling is applied in precision molds (ejector pin holes φ0.5-3mm, depth 150mm, depth-diameter ratio ≥30:1; cooling holes with inclined holes 30°-45° penetrating the inside), electronic devices (PCB holes φ0.2-1mm, hole position ±0.05mm; ceramic substrate hole orifices without chipping), medical equipment (catheter side holes φ0.3-1mm for drug delivery; bone nail guide holes φ1.5-3mm for guiding implantation), and aerospace parts (blade cooling holes φ0.5-1.5mm, inclination angle 20°-40°; fuel nozzles φ0.2-0.8mm with multi-hole atomization).
