End Milling Technology

Sanluo Precision's micro end milling uses micro end mills to process planes and cavities. The types of cutters include flat end mills, ball end mills and corner radius end mills with a diameter of φ0.1-2mm. Single-side cutting for end milling, with a surface flatness of 0.002mm and a surface roughness of Ra0.1-0.6μm. The minimum groove width for narrow groove milling is 0.015mm, the depth-width ratio for deep groove machining is ≥8:1, with a flat groove bottom and a side wall verticality of >88°. Spiral interpolation milling is adopted for micro hole milling, with a hole diameter of 0.05-5mm, a roundness of 0.001mm and a hole wall roughness of Ra0.2μm, which is better than drilling. Multi-layer step milling for step machining, with a single-layer height of 0.1-1mm, a step surface parallelism of 0.01mm and a squareness of 90°±5′.

Precision Engraving of Narrow Grooves and Micro Holes

Sanluo Precision's processing plant specializes in micro end milling, including narrow grooves and micro holes: narrow groove machining with a groove width of 0.05-2mm, a groove depth of ≤20mm and a depth-width ratio of 8:1, adopting φ0.04-0.5mm end mills for layered milling with a single-layer thickness of 0.2-0.5mm, a groove bottom flatness of 0.001mm, a side wall parallelism of 0.001mm and a right angle R<0.01mm; micro hole milling with a hole diameter of φ0.02-3mm and a depth of ≤30mm for deep hole machining, adopting spiral plunge milling with circular feed, a hole diameter accuracy of ±0.005mm, a roundness of 0.003mm, burr-free hole orifice and smooth hole wall with Ra0.4μm, which is better than drilled holes; special-shaped holes (square holes, waist-shaped holes, special-shaped contour holes) with flexible programming and high precision.
