Spiral interpolation milling is adopted for micro hole milling, with a hole diameter of 0.05-5mm, a roundness of 0.001mm and a hole wall roughness of Ra0.2μm, which is better than drilling. Multi-layer step milling for step machining, with a single-layer height of 0.1-1mm, a step surface parallelism of 0.01mm and a squareness of 90°±5′.
