Aerospace-Grade Technical Standards

Surface roughness (Ra) is controlled between 0.2 μm and 0.8 μm. For specialized aerospace materials—such as TC4 titanium alloy (used in primary load-bearing structures), GH4169 superalloy (for hot-section components), and 2A97 aluminum-lithium alloy (for weight-reduction applications)—we have mastered critical technologies including low-stress cutting, constant-temperature machining, and anti-deformation fixturing. These capabilities allow us to limit internal material stress to <50 MPa and thermal deformation to <0.005 mm, thereby ensuring the long-term reliability of components in extreme operating environments. In terms of specialized equipment and environmental control, our facility features internationally advanced machinery, including the DMG MORI DMU 85 5-axis simultaneous machining center, Haas VF-series vertical machining centers, and PUMA CNC lathes.
