The Sanluo Precision factory strictly adheres to the aerospace CNC machining technical standards when conducting processing. The processing accuracy reaches IT6 and IT5 levels, with form and position tolerances of ±0.002mm, and the surface roughness is no more than Ra0.2μm. It masters the low-stress cutting and constant-temperature processing technologies for aerospace-specific materials such as titanium alloy TC4, high-temperature alloy GH4169, and aluminum-lithium alloy. It controls the deformation and residual internal stress of the materials to ensure the long-term use of the parts. Special equipment and environmental conditions include the DMU85 five-axis machining center from DMG MORI and the VF series vertical machining center from Haas. There is a dedicated production processing area with strict management systems for personnel and raw material entry and exit.

All key dimensions are measured using ZEISS three-coordinate measuring machines, and the test reports comply with AS9100D standards.
