Systematic Processing Thinking

Sanluo Precision’s processing plant adopts systematic processing thinking for CNC machined components, focusing not only on the accuracy of a single part but also on the matching between components. 3D assembly simulation is used to detect potential problems such as interference and clearance in advance. The unified datum method is adopted to ensure the accurate position of important features such as matching surfaces and positioning holes. Matching parts such as gear pairs, bearing seats, and couplings are strictly controlled for geometric tolerances such as coaxiality and perpendicularity to achieve high-precision assembly. We have integrated multi-process capabilities including turning, milling, boring, grinding, drilling, and tapping. Process integration reduces component turnover times and improves processing efficiency. Using turn-mill composite machines, shaft components can complete turning, milling, drilling, and tapping in one clamping, ensuring position accuracy between all surfaces of the component and shortening the production cycle by more than 30%.

Sanluo Precision provides different surface treatment processes for different application environments and professionally produces CNC machined components.
