Tool wear is regularly detected, and tool replacement is judged according to the processing surface quality and dimension changes of the workpiece to achieve stable processing. In terms of intelligent programming and path planning, CAM software such as Mastercam and UG NX are used for 3D programming and simulation. Advanced processing methods such as contour milling and cycloid milling are adopted to make the tool load uniform and extend tool life by more than 30%. The tool entry and exit routes are improved, and spiral tool entry is used instead of direct vertical tool entry to reduce tool impact.
As a professional manufacturer of CNC milling components, Sanluo Precision is equipped with Renishaw laser probes for CNC milling parts, realizing closed-loop control of processing, measurement and compensation. Full-size inspection of the first article of milled components is carried out for batch control, and SPC statistical monitoring is used to track dimension change trends during processing. Each component is equipped with a quality tracking card stating tool number, cutting parameters, inspection data and other information for traceability.
