Sanluo Precision Factory covers the processing of precision medical fittings, including thin-walled tubes (wall thickness ranging from 0.02mm to 1mm), capillary tubes (inner diameter ranging from 0.03mm to 2mm), and special-shaped tubes (elliptical, square, multi-chambered). The tubes are cut using precision tube cutting machines, with the cutting edge perpendicularity ≤ 0.05mm, no burrs, and no deformation. The tube ends are chamfered and deburred using specialized equipment, with the R-angle precision being ±0.02mm, and the surface roughness being Ra0.2μm. The bending process is carried out using a CNC bending machine, with a bending radius of R3-15mm and an angle precision of ±0.5°, and the ellipticity ≤ 5%. For multi-layer composite tubes (metal + plastic), they are produced by co-extrusion or coating molding, with an interlayer bonding strength of ≥ 10MPa and a peel strength of ≥ 3N/mm.

Pipe fitting connection technology

Laser welding is suitable for stainless steel and titanium alloy fittings, with weld width ranging from 0.02 to 0.5 mm, heat affected zone ≤ 1 mm, and welding strength ≥ 90% of the base material strength. Expansion and contraction connections form mechanical locking, with connection strength greater than 500 N and good sealing performance. Adhesive connections use medical-grade adhesives (LOCTITE, 3M), with shear strength ≥ 15 MPa, and after curing, it complies with ISO 10993 biocompatibility. The fit between the pipe fittings and the joint is interference fit (H7/p6), with fitting force ranging from 200 N to 500 N, and it will not come off after assembly.
Fluid performance testing
Flow test: Determine the flow characteristic curves under different pressures. Pressure drop test: Measure the pressure loss of the pipeline. Leakage test: Use an airtight testing machine to test at a pressure of 0.5 - 1 MPa, maintaining pressure for 60 seconds, with the leakage volume less than 1 ml/min. Fatigue test: Cyclically pressurize and depressurize 10,000 times, without any leakage or rupture.
Product Packaging
In terms of clean packaging, the inner cavity of the pipe fittings is purged with high-purity nitrogen gas, and both ends are sealed with medical stopper caps. EO sterilization and irradiation sterilization services are provided.
