Special processing technology

The grinding wheel remains sharp at all times, enabling mirror-like grinding. Ultrasonic vibration-assisted cutting with an amplitude of 1-5 μm and a frequency of 20-40 kHz reduces cutting force by 60% and improves surface quality. Magnetic flow polishing (MRF) can perform nanoscale polishing on optical components and micro lenses, with a surface roughness of Ra0.003 μm. Using femtosecond laser microprocessing, micro-metric apertures (φ10 μm - 50 μm) and micro-slots (width 20 μm) are fabricated.


Online Nanometer Measurement and Ultra-clean Environment

Sanluo Precision is equipped with detection equipment such as laser interferometers (with a resolution of 0.1nm), white light interferometers (with a vertical resolution of 0.01nm), and scanning electron microscopes (SEM). The online measurement system continuously monitors the processing dimensions and automatically compensates for tool wear and thermal drift. There is an ISO 100-level ultra-clean workshop with an air particle count of less than 3520 particles per cubic meter (≥0.5μm) and an air change rate of ≥400 times per hour.
