Welding Process Technology

Sanluo Precision is a professional precision laser welding processing plant, which attaches great importance to process control. Matching of laser power, welding speed, defocus amount and protective gas flow. Heat input control prevents thermal deformation by adjusting pulse energy and frequency. The gap is controlled below 0.1mm to ensure welding quality. Protective gas: argon prevents oxidation, the weld is silvery white; nitrogen is low cost, suitable for stainless steel; helium has fast heat transfer and large penetration depth. Oil removal, rust removal and oxide skin removal before welding to ensure reliability. Post-weld inspection: X-ray flaw detection, ultrasonic flaw detection, air tightness test, tensile strength test.
