Micro-electrical discharge machining can complete micro-holes ranging from φ0.02mm to 2mm, micro cavities of 0.03mm, and micro shafts ranging from φ0.01mm to 0.5mm, especially suitable for hard materials and complex-shaped parts. Laser micro-processing covers applications such as cutting, drilling, and welding, with the minimum feature size reaching 1μm, and a small heat affected zone, suitable for the precise processing of brittle materials and thin-walled parts.
