Micro Machining Capability

Sanluo Precision's processing plant is at the high end of the industry in terms of micro machining level. Micro-hole processing: the minimum hole diameter is φ0.02mm, depth-diameter ratio ≥50:1, hole position accuracy ±2μm, roundness ≤0.005mm. Micro-shaft processing: the minimum diameter is φ0.01mm, length-diameter ratio ≥20:1, cylindricity ≤0.003mm, surface roughness Ra ≤0.4μm. Micro-cavity processing: the minimum feature size is 0.05mm, cavity depth ≤10mm, surface roughness Ra0.2-0.8μm. Micro-groove processing: groove width 0.1mm to 0.5mm, depth-width ratio ≥10:1, side wall verticality greater than 85 degrees. The equipment is equipped with a high-precision micro EDM machine with a positioning accuracy of 0.5μm and a spindle runout of less than 0.001mm. The temperature and humidity control standards of its constant temperature workshop are 20℃±0.2 and 50%RH±3 respectively.

Micro Electrode Fabrication

Sanluo Precision has advanced micro electrode fabrication technology and is a professional manufacturer of micro EDM. Electrode materials include tungsten wire, tungsten copper, red copper, with a diameter of φ0.02 - 0.5mm. The company's electrode fabrication: WEDG EDM wire grinding is used to process micro-shaft electrodes with a diameter accuracy of ±0.002mm and surface Ra0.2μm. Block electrode: micro milling or EDM is used to make micro forming electrodes. Tungsten electrode loss <0.1%, tungsten copper electrode loss <0.3%, red copper electrode loss <1%, electrode compensation to ensure accuracy. Electrode life: a single electrode can process 50 to 200 micro holes with good repeatability.
