Micro Drilling Equipment

As a professional EDM micro drilling processing plant, Sanluo Precision has advanced equipment. Micro-hole machine: electrode diameter φ0.01mm~1mm, spindle speed 500rpm~5000rpm, Z-axis stroke 200mm, positioning accuracy 0.5μm. Tube electrode system: brass tube electrode φ0.05~0.5mm is used, working fluid flushing inside, smooth chip removal, hole depth ≤50mm. Solid electrode: tungsten electrode, tungsten copper electrode with a diameter of 0.02mm to 0.3mm, suitable for shallow holes, blind holes and special-shaped holes. Servo control: adaptive discharge gap control, automatic tool retraction in case of short circuit to protect the electrode. CCD vision: coaxial observation of hole position, automatic positioning, position accuracy ±2μm. Rotary worktable C-axis rotation, capable of processing inclined holes, cross holes and spiral holes.

Film cooling holes of engine turbine blades with a diameter of φ0.3mm to φ0.8mm, an inclination angle of 15° to 30°, and 300 to 500 holes per blade. Sweat holes of combustion chamber flame tubes, with a hole diameter of 0.2mm-0.5mm, a hole pitch of 1mm-2mm, and thousands of holes. Precision molds: ejector pin holes of plastic molds, with a hole diameter of 0.5mm~2mm, a depth of 50mm~100mm, and a verticality of 0.01mm. Core rod holes of powder metallurgy molds with a diameter of 0.3mm~0.8mm and a depth-diameter ratio of 50:1. Side holes of medical device catheters with a diameter of φ0.1mm to φ0.5mm and a hole position accuracy of ±0.01mm. Micro holes of sprayers with a diameter of 0.05mm to 0.2mm and uniform atomization. Via holes of ceramic substrates for electronic devices with a diameter of φ0.1mm to 0.3mm, metallized through holes. Nozzle holes of inkjet print heads with a diameter of 0.02mm to 0.05mm.
