Swiss-Type Machining Principle

The Swiss type machining adopted by our processing plant is a professional term for sliding headstock turning. Machining principle: The bar passes through the spindle and guide bushing, extending only 5—10mm out of the guide bushing, the tool cuts in front of the guide bushing, and the workpiece "slides through" the processing area with the bar feeding. 4—8 power tools for milling, drilling and tapping to achieve complex processing. Main and sub-spindles: The main spindle processes the front end, after processing, the sub-spindle takes over the material to process the rear end or cut off, completing all processing with one feeding.
