Structural characteristics: The bar is supported by a guide bushing, the workpiece overhang is short, and the tool cuts close to the guide bushing, with good rigidity and high precision. Tool configuration: 6—8 tools on the fixed tool rest, 4—8 power tools, completing multiple processes such as turning, milling, drilling, tapping and boring in one time. Main and sub-spindles: The main spindle processes the front end, and the sub-spindle takes over the material to process the rear end, with high efficiency of double-head processing and no secondary clamping. Machining accuracy: diameter ±0.005—0.01mm, length ±0.01—0.02mm, concentricity 0.01—0.02mm, surface Ra0.8-3.2μm.
