Swiss-Type Machining Technology

Our CNC Swiss precision machining technology is the core process of sliding headstock machining. Machining principle: The bar is supported by a guide bushing, extending only 5—10mm, and the tool cuts in front of the guide bushing, with good rigidity and no vibration at the overhang end. Machining range: diameter φ0.5—32mm, mainly processing precision small parts of φ1—20mm, maximum length 300mm, length-diameter ratio up to 100:1, slender shafts without bending or deformation. Machining accuracy: diameter tolerance ±0.005mm, length tolerance ±0.01mm, concentricity 0.008mm, roundness 0.005mm, surface roughness Ra0.4-1.6μm. Multi-axis linkage: spindle, sub-spindle, opposing spindle, X, Y, Z, B, C multi-axis, up to 12-axis linkage, integrated turning, milling, drilling, tapping and boring completed in one clamping. Cooperation between main and sub-spindles: The main spindle processes the front end, and the sub-spindle takes over the material to process the rear end. Double-head processing improves efficiency by 50%, no secondary clamping error, and concentricity of both ends is 0.01mm.
