Micron-scale Dimensional Control

Sanluo Precision factory has achieved micron-level or sub-micron-level precision in medical micromachining for implants. For vascular stents (diameter 1.5-4mm, wall thickness 0.08-0.15mm), laser micro-cutting is used, with the cutting seam width ≤ 0.03mm and the heat affected zone ≤ 0.01mm. Biological Active Surface

Anodic oxidation yields TiO₂ nanotube arrays (tube diameter 50-100 nm), which is beneficial for bone integration. Plasma spraying of hydroxyapatite coating with a thickness of 50-200 μm enhances bioactivity. The titanium surface is grafted with RGD peptide to enhance cell recognition. The surface energy is controlled, with a contact angle of 30-70°, which is conducive to protein adsorption and cell behavior.


Animal Experiments and Clinical Trials
