Surface Grinding Technology

Sanluo Precision’s processing plant precision grinding process adopts advanced grinding technology, processing range includes parts with plane size 50mm to 3000mm and thickness 5mm to 500mm, single piece or batch can be processed. The processing plant is equipped with M7130-M7150 series precision surface grinders, imported OKAMOTO and other brand equipment and CNC automatic cycle system, grinding accuracy flatness can reach 0.0005mm, surface roughness Ra0.1μm. Processing accuracy: flatness 0.0005～0.005mm, parallelism 0.0001～0.001mm, perpendicularity 0.001～0.005mm, surface roughness Ra0.1～3.2μm.

Grinding Equipment Process

As a professional surface grinding manufacturer, Sanluo Precision strictly controls the grinding process: rough grinding single-side allowance 0.2～0.5mm, finish grinding single-side allowance 0.05～0.15mm, layered grinding to prevent burn deformation.

Precise control of grinding parameters, grinding wheel speed 1500～2500rpm, worktable speed longitudinal 10～20m/min, transverse 1～3m/min, grinding depth rough grinding 0.01～0.03mm/time, finish grinding 0.002～0.008mm/time.

Special grinding wheels are selected according to processing materials: white corundum grinding wheel (grain size 46-60#) for ordinary steel, brown corundum grinding wheel for cast iron and non-ferrous metals, CBN grinding wheel for hardened steel HRC50-65.

Grinding fluid concentration 3%～5%, flow 30～60 liters/minute, cooling workpiece to prevent thermal deformation and grinding wheel blockage. The company has provided customized precision grinding services for well-known enterprises such as LYC Bearing, XCMG, Gree, Midea, with an annual grinding of 200,000 plane parts, a pass rate of 99.5%, stable and reliable quality.
