Equipment and Process Capacity
Sanluo Precision’s processing plant has a complete electrical discharge machining equipment system. EDM sinking machine: machining depth ≤500mm, electrode loss <0.3%, surface roughness Ra0.4-3.2μm, machining accuracy ±0.005-0.01mm. Small hole EDM: machining hole diameter φ0.3-3mm, depth-diameter ratio ≥50:1, hole position accuracy ±0.01mm. Mirror EDM: surface roughness Ra0.05-0.2μm, no subsequent polishing required. Electrode materials: copper electrode, graphite electrode, tungsten-copper electrode, selected according to workpiece material and accuracy requirements. Working fluid: kerosene-based or water-based medium to ensure stable processing. As a professional EDM machining company, Sanluo Precision has obvious technical advantages. Strict Quality ControlQuality control: electrode design with CAD/CAM software to ensure shape accuracy; rough machining with high current for efficient material removal, finish machining with low current to ensure surface quality and dimensional accuracy; discharge gap monitoring during processing, automatic compensation for electrode loss; cavity size measurement by CMM and surface quality inspection by roughness meter after processing; for workpieces with requirements on metamorphic layer thickness, wire-cut EDM and grinding can be combined to remove the metamorphic layer.
