Sanluo Precision’s processing plant provides full-category machined parts processing. Shaft parts: optical shaft, stepped shaft, hollow shaft, eccentric shaft, crankshaft, camshaft, diameter 5-500mm, length 10-3000mm, accuracy IT7-IT6 grade. Disc parts: flange, gear, pulley, cam, end cover, diameter φ20-800mm, thickness 5-200mm, gear accuracy 6-7 grade. Sleeve parts: shaft sleeve, bushing, coupling sleeve, sealing sleeve, inner diameter φ10-300mm, wall thickness 2-50mm, fit accuracy H6/H7. Box parts: pump body, valve body, gearbox, hydraulic block, size 100×100×100mm-1500×1000×800mm, hole system position tolerance 0.02-0.05mm.

Precision Processing Technology

As a professional manufacturer of machined parts, Sanluo Precision adopts advanced processing technology. Turning: CNC lathes and sliding head lathes process shaft parts, roundness 0.002mm, surface roughness Ra0.08-1.6μm. Heat treatment: quenching and tempering, quenching, carburizing and quenching, hardness HRC25-62 adjustable. Quality control: drawing review to determine processing difficulties, process planning to formulate the best route. First article inspection with full-size measurement by CMM, SPC process monitoring for mass production. 100% inspection for key dimensions, sampling inspection for general dimensions, special measuring tools for geometric tolerances. Coating thickness, hardness and adhesion inspection after surface treatment. Anti-rust cleaning before packaging to prevent bumps and scratches. Issue inspection reports and material certificates. We have provided customized machining parts services for well-known enterprises such as Sany Heavy Industry, Zoomlion and XCMG, with an annual output of over 2 million pieces and a pass rate of over 99.5%.
